What you'll do

• arrow_forward Demo, framing, drywall, concrete, structural repairs, remodels — variety is the norm
• arrow_forward Keep a clean, organized jobsite every single day — non-negotiable
• arrow_forward Follow checklists and daily protocols without being micromanaged
• arrow_forward Communicate problems to the lead before they get bigger

What you'll do

• arrow_forward Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, and structural drying on residential and commercial properties
• arrow_forward Follow a strict phase-by-phase process: inspect, stop the source, document, demo, clean and treat, expose damage, dry out, contain
• arrow_forward Operate air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
• arrow_forward Document every phase with thorough photos
• arrow_forward Keep containment areas clean and organized at all times
• arrow_forward Build real rapport with homeowners going through a stressful situation
• arrow_forward Assist with insurance documentation and client communication
• arrow_forward Identify additional project needs and communicate them to the owner

Who we're looking for
